At 78% white corn and 15% warthog wheat from Janie’s Mill, as well as 7% barley from Country Malt, this batch offers new flavor notes at 111 proof. This expression is also certified organic by the USDA and MOSA, as well as OU Kosher certified. Exclusively from these bottles and future Peoria Bourbon releases, a portion of the sales will go to Peoria area charities.
