100% Moscato Bianco. The juice obtained from the pressing of the grapes is maintained at low temperatures until the time of refermentation in pressurized tanks. On reaching a level 5.5° alcohol, fermentation is halted and the wine is bottled with all of its natural vivacity.
Straw yellow with intense aromas of citrus, apricot, fig and orange blossom; taste is pleasantly sweet and aromatic like the Moscato grapes it comes from. The alcohol content makes it a delicious and natural thirst-quencher anytime as well as a dessert wine par excellence; it also lends itself to unusual combinations with appetizers, raw fish and sushi.
