Cask: Oak barrel, selectively finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean Rum
Nose: Sweet notes of pear and red apple meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup
Flavor: Bold, smooth, and tropical
Palate: Rich caramel toffee notes, followed by flavors of tropical fruit
Finish: Well balanced and exceptionally smooth

Smith's Mai Tai Reciepe:
- 1.5 oz. Glenlivet Caribbean Cask
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat
- 1/2 Triple Sec
- Orange slice
- Ice

Add everything except orange slice into a mixing tin and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
