Harvested in three different moments in order to achieve contrasting profiles in the fruit set at each point. The first moment, in mid-march, adds to the floral and fresh herbaceous profile. A week later solid and refined tannins start to take place alongside deep blackish color. In the last moment the fruity profile is enhanced alongside with concentration and mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes: Zaha Cabernet Sauvignon is a long-lived wine, black fruit aromas and green bell pepper characterize it. Marked tannins in the palate alongside a juicy plum mouthfeel. Long and complex finish.
