Delivery Instructions:
- Monday thru Friday | 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Same-day deliveries must be placed by 12:00 pm.

A driver will call you to confirm your time window.

Missed delivery appointments will incur additional charges for subsequent delivery attempts.
- Buyer must be 21 years or older with valid ID present. Name on ID must match the name on order.
Pickup Instructions:
- Your order will be ready for pickup in approximately 30 minutes.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm may not be ready for pickup until the following day.

Please bring a valid photo ID with you for pickup. We will not release the order without a valid photo ID. Name on ID must match the name on order.
Carryout to Vehicle Instructions:
- Call the store at 309-673-4503 ext. 0 when you arrive.
